Reservations

A 1-night deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation.  A 2-night minimum stay is required, and Holidays require a 3-night minimum stay.  If a 1-night stay is desired, give us a call to see if we have it available for you.

Specific cabins can be requested, but not guaranteed.  We will do everything in our power to accommodate your requests.

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations will be charged a $30.00 transaction fee.

“No Shows” will be charged for the entire reservation.

Single Cabin Bookings

All cancellations require a 14 day notice prior to the scheduled arrival date.

– If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the arrival date, you are responsible and will be charged for the entire reservation, less any nights we are able to re-rent.  In the event that we are able to re-rent your entire reservation, only a $30.00 fee will be assessed.

Holidays, Small Groups, and  Multi-Cabin Bookings – (2 – 4 cabins)

All cancellations require a 30 day notice prior to the scheduled arrival date.

– If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, you are responsible and will be charged for the entire reservation, less any nights we are able to re-rent.  In the event that we are able to re-rent your entire reservation, only a $30.00 fee will be assessed (per cabin).

Large Groups, and  Multi-Cabin Bookings – (5 or more cabins)

All cancellations require a 90 day notice prior to the scheduled arrival date.

– If a cancellation is made less than 90 days before the arrival date, you are responsible and will be charged for the entire reservation, less any nights we are able to re-rent.  In the event that we are able to re-rent your entire reservation, only a $30.00 fee will be assessed (per cabin).

Additional Policies

Check-in: 3:00pm  Check-out: 11:00 am

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in cabins 1(Julia),6(Sonoran Blue), 17(Cabbage White),   and 18(Dreamy Duskywing) provided:

– A $50.00 per pet fee will be added to your stay.

– Small dogs only – generally under 25lbs

– Cats are not allowed
– Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
– Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless it
is in the guest’s room.
– Pets must not be left unattended at any time.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and
in the neighborhood. 
– Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests
are not inconvenienced. 
– Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange for a
convenient time for servicing their room. 
– Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries
resulting from their pet. 
– Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its
operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s
     pet.
– The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the
cost of such damages.

** Please note that we have a limited number of pet cabins. Please notify us of your request at the time of reservation.

Smoking Policy

In order to preserve the pristine environment surrounding The Butterfly Garden Inn,  we are a NON-smoking property.
